Procedures Committee

Mission Statement
The Procedures Committee serves and is responsible to the Executive Board. Its mission is to:
  • Keep abreast of proposed and pending legislation that applies to common interest communities and to report this information to the Executive Board in a timely manner.
  • Make certain the Spinnaker Declaration, Bylaws and Rules are consistent with Connecticut General Statutes.
  • Review the Spinnaker Declaration, Bylaws and Rules and propose changes in response to new changing circumstances and concerns.
