Procedures Committee

Mission Statement

The Procedures Committee serves and is responsible to the Executive Board. Its mission is to:

Keep abreast of proposed and pending legislation that applies to common interest communities and to report this information to the Executive Board in a timely manner.
Make certain the Spinnaker Declaration, Bylaws and Rules are consistent with Connecticut General Statutes.
Review the Spinnaker Declaration, Bylaws and Rules and propose changes in response to new changing circumstances and concerns.
