Declaration, Bylaws & Rules
Declaration of Spinnaker Association, Inc.
The original Declaration of Spinnaker was recorded in the East Lyme Land Records in December of 2003. The Declaration has been amended several times as follows:
- Several amendments relating to the addition of Units and/or land;
- A March 26, 2007 amendment relating to insurance coverage; a description of the rationale for the change and the text of the altered Articles is available
here;
- A June 29, 2010 amendment to conform with Connecticut Public Act 09-225;
- A November 30, 2015 amendment relating to the Maintenance of Limited Common Elements; and
- A September 28, 2023 amendment relating to Additions, Alterations & Improvements.

Note that the documents available here may not be considered or used as a replacement for the actual Declaration which is on file at the East Lyme, Connecticut Town Hall.
