Landscape Alteration
Approval must be received from the Executive Board before any alteration to the outside of a Unit, including landscaping work within and outside of Personal Landscape Areas. The procedure to be followed can be found in the Alteration Application.
The procedure to follow for the hiring of a contractor to perform work in Personal Landscape Areas is available in the Maintenance Application.
Rear Personal Landscape Area
Rear Personal Landscape Areas (PLAs) may be limited due to a town-specified buffer area, which is defined by a line 50 feet in from the Spinnaker property line. See Rear Personal Landscape Areas document to see if a particular Unit's PLA is affected.
