Guidelines

Committee membership and operation are governed by a set of guidelines that have been approved by the Executive Board.

Minutes of Committee meetings, which are provided for informational purposes only, are currently included in Executive Board meeting materials. In prior years, committee minutes, when available, were provided separately (See Archives).

Unit Owner and Resident issues should be addressed to the Management Company.

For Unit alterations, the procedure can be found in the Alteration Application.
